Rights of return/exchange

Our goal is your satisfaction and joy in your new dance shoes. In the case that you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow these useful tips or contact us at sales@veryfine.ch

Not satisfied?
If you are not satified with your order, you can return it within 7 days. Excluded from returns and exchanges are DVDs, accessories, sale shoes and custom made shoes. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after the 7 day period has lapsed.  We will credit your Veryfine account with points in the first instance for the amount minus an administrational fee of Sfr 9 per pair of shoes, pending they are unsued and in new condition. Should you prefer to have the amount reimbursed to your bank account, please send us your account details, so that we can complete this as promptly as possible. Process for returns/exchanges

Please return the item/s to the following addess Veryfine Schweiz, Talacker 42, CH-8001 Zürich.
Once we receive it, we will credit your Veryfine account.with the value in shopping points. You can redeem your credit for a new order on the checkout page. We recommend that you to keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference, just in case  we don’t receive your package.
