Conclusion of a purchase agreement Any orders from you on our Website constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement with Veryfine Schweiz. The binding purchase agreement only comes into existence when we accept your paid order either on the website or by sending you an e-mail or written communication or by dispatching the goods ordered. The goods and price information on our website is subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed on the website at the time of your order.
Product offering All care is taken to describe the items as closely as possible. The customer is responsible for their decision to purchase based on the description of the item. Changes in design and materials for improvement purposes, pictures and pricing as well as errors in description are excluded.
Quality & Warranty We are able to guarantee the quality of the goods that are in our catalogue, as they have been tested and used by different markets and dancers for many years. Our items are guaranteed for 2 months. If during this period, you find the item to be defect, please contact us. After this period, there is no guarantee. The guarantee does not cover:
- Use of the item in a non-conforming manner
- Repairs by a shoemaker or personal attempts of repair

Payment, fees and charges Goods will only be posted only once full payment has been made. We accept payment for items by direct transfer Postcard or credit card (Mastercard/ Visa) via Postfinance as well as Paypal. If payment is denied through our partner Postfinance or Paypal, the order will not be processed. Cash payments can be made only with prior agreement from Veryfine. The final total of your order including all fees and charges will be shown on the last page before the end of the check out process.
Withdrawal of sale in case goods are not available or suppliable If goods you ordered are not available within 3 months of your order we can cancel the purchase agreement even if we have confirmed acceptance of your order. If we cancel the purchase agreement we will immediately inform you of this and will immediately refund the payment in full already paid by you for these goods.
Delivery and Reservation of Property All Orders (and backorders) are sent via Swisspost within 7-21 working days to the address entered by you on our site. Normal deliveries occur with Swiss economy B-Post. Shipping for Swtzerland is included in the price of the shoe. We will make every effort to deliver the goods on the date confirmed, but we cannot make a binding statement on this. The goods remain our property until we have received payment in full. We trust Swisspost to deliver packages as paid and to the right address. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for late, stolen, lost or items damaged in transit.
Should Veryfine Schweiz not be able to deliver your order within the specified delivery period, you will be contacted by email or phone. This excludes customised orders as delivery for those is generally between 8-10 weeks.
Overseas /Foreign deliveries With foreign parcels, all packages are sent economy post by registered/insured mail. Swisspost sets the fees automatically on the website. The Tracking number is sent to the customer by email on the day of dispatch. Please be aware that you may incurr additional customs and VAT charges in your country.
Drop Ship Orders We can drop ship orders directly from the warehouse - please write to us to organise this.
Redemptions/Credits/Gift Vouchers Refunds will be credited to your bank account or as points to the same value of the amount on your Veryfine account. Credits must be used within a year. Veryfine reserve the right to charge a once off handling fee for returns which will be subtracted from the refund. This charge is set at a maximum of CHF 15 per pair of shoes. Vouchers and discount codes are not cumulative nor can they be redeemed for cash.
Liability The liability of one party in case of damages to the other party shall be in accordance with the statutory law. (Swiss law)
Applicable law The agreement shall be governed by Swiss law and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply. |
