For our customers in Switzerland, we deliver duty-free and free of charge.

Please note that all orders are delivered to our shop address first. Due to space restrictions, our sole proprietorship does not maintain a second warehouse. Orders for items that are in stock in the shop and highlighted in green on the homepage will be dispatched directly from our shop in Zurich.

For online orders, we assume that you have previously researched dance shoes and their fit, or used our expert advice, and will keep the goods. Therefore, we unfortunately do not cover return shipping costs for exchanges / returns. You may also return the order to the shop (opening hours) or send it back by post (Economy Post).

Do we deliver abroad? What are the costs?

Yes, we are happy to deliver to other countries.
Deliveries to the EU are sent by Economy Post by registered/insured mail. The shipping rates are automatically calculated by the Swiss Post in the online shop. The tracking number will be sent to you by email on the day of dispatch. Please note that Switzerland is not an EU country and therefore customs duties and taxes will be charged, depending on the country where you are ordering from.  Please check with your post office or customs office for customs & VAT fees in your country.
