You have 15 working days after receipt to return the items. As we assume that you are satisfied with the items ordered and will keep them, we unfortunately do not cover return costs for exchanges / returns.
You can return the goods directly to the shop (opening hours) or send them back by post (Economy B post only please). Only items in perfect condition will be accepted back. Please take care not to stain the sole of the dance shoes when trying them on.
Returns / Refunds
You can return or exchange items within 15 working days.
Returns will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping costs (Swiss Post service) will be deducted from the refund, i.e. usually Sfr 9.- / parcel.
You can bring the items to the shop or send them back to the shop address; you are responsible for the return shipping.

Do you need a different size? Please order your new size online or contact us at email@example.com or come by the shop.
The following items are completely excluded from return FootPetals (opened), shoe care products & custom-made shoes with chargeable options. (e.g. special heel height, width, colour).
Return of outlet & clearance shoes
Reduced items can be returned, however there is no refund, instead a voucher for the value of the items will be placed on your Veryfine account. The conditions for vouchers are included in the T&Cs.
