Return policy

There is a general right of exchange for Swiss customers within 15 working days after complete receipt of the order. 

• You can return the goods directly to the boutique (opening hours)
• You can send them back by post (Economy B post only please).

Only items in perfect condition will be taken back. Please take care to pack them in such a way that they are not damaged during return transport and that the soles of the dance shoes are not soiled when you try them on. We will not refund the purchase price for items with visible signs of wear. Accessories, stockings, shoe cushions and shoe care products and customised shoes are excluded.

Exchanges:  

We are happy to exchange the incorrectly ordered item for a different size or colour once per order free of charge. The customer bears the return costs. The instructions are on the leaflet enclosed with your delivery.

Multiple exchanges:

A handling fee of 10% of the original purchase price will be charged for the second exchange. This fee is to cover the costs associated with the return. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone during our opening hours.

Collective orders:

Veryfine is a specialist boutique (sole trader) with a delivery service and not a mail order company. Collective orders with multiple sizes are associated with high costs for us and then the sizes are missing in our boutique stock. We would therefore like to point out that we will deduct CHF 5.- per pair of returned shoes from the refund. Please note that a credit note will only be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned goods in our boutique. The refund will be made to the originally selected payment method. We thank you for your understanding for these conditions.

Return of outlet & clearance shoes:

Reduced items can be returned, however there will be no refund, but a voucher for the value of the items minus the original delivery costs will be deposited in your Veryfine account. The conditions for vouchers are included in the terms and conditions.

Complete Returns (no exchange): 

Veryfine is a specialist boutique (sole trader) with a delivery service and not a mail order company. Therefore, we would like to point out that returns are subject to a handling fee of up to 10% (we normally deduct postage and credit card charges) of the original purchase price. This fee is to cover the expenses associated with the return.
