When entering your personal data required for registration, you are responsible for providing truthful and complete information. You are obliged to treat the personal access data confidentially. The confirmation of the registration follows immediately after sending the registration by clicking the button.
1.1 Customer account
Every customer is entitled to create a customer account. We reserve the right to delete or merge multiple registrations. If you wish to delete your customer account completely, please request this in writing to email@example.com.
1.2 Data protection
We adhere to the legally prescribed data protection regulations of Switzerland and treat your data confidentially.
2. Conclusion of contract
By clicking on the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping basket. Our purchase contracts in our Internet shop can only be concluded in German, French or English. We are at liberty to either accept such offers from the time we receive them or to reject them by sending a corresponding declaration to you. The binding purchase contract for the ordered items is only concluded upon our acceptance of your paid order. Please note that in the case of payment in advance, the delivery of the ordered items will only take place after the amount has been credited to our account.
3. Prices & additional costs
The prices stated are final prices for orders delivered to Swiss addresses. This means that they include the legally valid value added tax of 8.1% and the delivery services of the Swiss Post.
3.1 Orders from abroad
Switzerland is not an EU country. Additional costs such as customs duties and VAT may be charged in your country. These are not listed in the total price as they depend on the country. Please check with your post office / customs office in advance.
We accept payment in advance with payment slip or direct bank transfer. For credit card payments we offer Visa/Mastercard, also Paypal or Postcard and Twint. We also accept cash payments in our shop. Orders will only be processed after we have received the total amount. Regular customers can pay by invoice by arrangement.
Items are delivered by Swiss Post. Our delivery time is normally a maximum of 3 weeks for regular stock, depending on the supplier. The goods first come to us in the shop and are immediately sent on to your postal address.
We place our trust in Swiss Post to deliver to the correct address. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for goods that are late, lost, stolen from the post office box or damaged by third parties. The delivered goods remain the property of Veryfine until full payment has been received.
7. Extension of delivery time
If Veryfine is unable to deliver within the stated time limits, you will be informed by email or telephone. The delivery time will be reasonably extended due to company holidays or operational hindrances such as pandemics or weather conditions. Excludes custom made items and Fuego Sneakers which may have a delivery time of up to 12 weeks.
7.1 Reservation of performance in case of non-deliverable goods
If the ordered items are not available for delivery within 3 months, we may withdraw from the contract, even if we have previously confirmed the conclusion of the contract to you. In the event of withdrawal, we will inform you immediately of the non-availability and reimburse any consideration already paid by you without delay. There is no entitlement to compensation for damages.
8. Warranty & Guarantee
We give a guarantee of 2 months on our articles. However, please give us some time, as in cases of production defects and order misunderstandings it often takes a little more time to clarify the matter with the manufacturers. If we have not heard from you in a few days, please contact us again.
9. Return & exchange policy
For all purchases of Veryfine.ch items we grant a right of return of 15 working days after receipt. However, the condition for exercising the right of return is that you return the items complete, unused and in perfect condition. We therefore recommend that you try on and inspect the shoes on a carpet or towel. Please take care not to remove any labels and not to soil the shoes. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will gladly exchange the incorrectly ordered item for a different size once per order free of charge. The instructions are explained on a leaflet enclosed with the delivery
9.2 Multiple exchanges:
A handling fee of 10% of the original purchase price will be charged for the second exchange. This fee serves to cover the expenses associated with the return. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone during our opening hours.
9.3 Collective orders:
Veryfine is a specialised shop with a delivery service and not a mail order company. Collective orders are associated with high costs for us and we do not have the sizes in stock. We would therefore like to point out that we will deduct CHF 5 per pair of returned shoes from the refund. Please note that a credit note will only be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned goods in our shop. The refund will be made to the originally selected payment method. We thank you for your understanding for this measure.
For complete returns, a credit note will be issued to the original payment method. A handling fee of 10% of the original purchase price will be charged. This fee serves to cover the expenses associated with the return.9.5 Exceptions
Completely excluded from return/exchange are stockings, socks, FootPetals, shoe care & custom-made shoes with chargeable options. (e.g. special heel height, width, colour).
9.6 Outlet and sale shoes
Reduced items can be returned, however there will be no refund but a voucher for the value of the items will be placed on your Veryfine account. Conditions for vouchers are included in point 10.
10. Gift vouchers & promo codes & promotions
Gift vouchers can be redeemed for the purchase of Veryfine items. However, they cannot be used to purchase any other Gift Vouchers.
10.1 - The balance of a Gift Voucher or Promocode Card will not be paid out in cash or accrue interest.
10.2 - Gift vouchers and promo codes can only be redeemed before the order process is completed. They cannot be applied retrospectively.
10.3 - Gift vouchers can be redeemed at any time and within one year at Veryfine. After this period, the gift voucher will expire. The validity of promotions and promo codes varies and is defined by Veryfine Switzerland. The duplication, editing or manipulation of the vouchers is also not permitted.
10.4 - Vouchers and promo codes with an expiry date are only valid during the period indicated and cannot be cumulated.
10.5 - We accept no liability in the event of loss, theft or spelling mistakes in the address or name of the voucher recipient.
10.6 - If the credit balance of a gift voucher is not sufficient for the order, the difference can be made up with the payment options offered.
Veryfine Switzerland is only liable to you for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. The above limitation of liability applies to all claims for damages, irrespective of the legal grounds, including tort; it does not apply to any liability under the Product Liability Act, for a warranted characteristic or for injury to life and limb.
12. Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions
We are entitled to unilaterally amend or adapt these General Terms and Conditions of Business, insofar as they are introduced into the contractual relationship with the customer, within the scope of changed legal or technical framework conditions. We will inform the customer about an adjustment by informing him about the content of the changed regulations.
The contracts concluded under these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Swiss law to the exclusion of any further reference to foreign law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
