I have forgotten my password - what should I do?
Click on "Login" directly above the main navigation of our shop. In the navigation field, select "Forgotten your password?" now. - Enter your email address.
- You will now receive two emails from us (Veryfine) - one shortly after the other. The 2nd email contains a temporary password and with this you will get access to your account again.
- After that, please use the temporary password only once and take your time to create your own password on the administration page under "My Personal Data".
- The better the password you choose (combination of letters and numbers) the more secure your account will be against unauthorised access.
Can I exchange or return the shoes?
Yes, you have 15 working days after receiving your complete order to exchange or return it. As we assume you are happy with the items you ordered and will keep them, we unfortunately do not cover the return shipping costs for exchanges and returns. How do I report a defect in my order?
Our goal is your satisfaction and enjoyment of your new dance shoes. If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us immediately by email sales@veryfine.ch. For the complaint to the manufacturer we need:
- A description of how the defect occurred.
- 4-5 detailed pictures documenting the defect. The defect must be clearly visible on one picture. In addition, the complete item must be photographed once from the front and once from the back (for shoes including a photo of the sole).
- Send the photos by e-mail to sales@veryfine.ch.
After receipt of the photos, your request will be checked. You will receive feedback on how to proceed within a few days.

How do I manage my Veryfine user account?
In the "User account overview" you can view and edit your personal data. Are you moving or would you like to give us a new delivery address? In the address field, you can update your address or create a new delivery address that differs from the billing address.
The amount on my voucher or promo code is not enough for my order. What can I do?
You can pay the remaining amount using one of our payment options. In case there is a very small discrepancy (e.g.: 3 centimes) between a redeemed voucher and the total amount, the order can unfortunately only be completed manually. Please contact us - we will be happy to help.
Can I redeem several vouchers or promo codes for one order?
In the online shop you can usually only redeem one voucher or promo code per order. Unfortunately, vouchers and promo codes cannot be combined with other vouchers or promo codes. If you have any questions, please contact us - we will be happy to help.
Can I buy a voucher for dance shoes?
Yes, you can. It's a great idea to give one to dance enthusiasts so they can choose their own shoes afterwards. Go to the gifts and vouchers category and choose a voucher value from the drop-down list. Vouchers are usually processed and shipped the same day.
